New front loaders
You may need to run an empty first cycle in your machine with a dose of detergent. Our Laundry Liquid is not suitable for this first cycle. It contains eco-surfactants which are naturally high foaming. We suggest using a half load amount of our Laundry Powder for the first wash.

Our 3X Concentrate Laundry Liquid pump is the first pump in New Zealand to have been assessed as recyclable through the ARL programme.

This is your guarantee that we are committed to environmental leadership and that these products are less harmful to the environment. With proper greywater systems in place, the water from your laundry can safely be re-used on your flower gardens, lawns and trees. Suitable for septic tanks.
Recycled and sugar plastic
Our bottles contain a mix of sugar plastic (a renewable, recyclable plastic that captures CO2 as it grows) and locally sourced recycled plastic.
Directions for use
Standard load (3 pumps) = 11ml. Large load (5 pumps) = 20ml. Machine washing: add 3-5 pumps to the detergent dispenser and set to your preferred cycle. Hand washing or soaking: add 2 pumps to warm water or apply a small amount directly onto stains and setting aside for 30 mins before washing off. Use with ecostore Fabric Softener to keep clothes soft and gentle on skin. If very dirty, soak clothes overnight or use ecostore Laundry Soaker & Stain Remover.
Always check clothing instructions and test colour fastness. Do not soak zips or metal buttons. All detergents have an effect on the environment. Always use the correct dose for maximum efficiency and minimum environmental impact. Recommended washes per pack: 480ml = 40 washes, 840ml= 70 washes. Our 480ml pump packs are reusable and we encourage you to top them up with our large format refill pack.
